Pretty good service. Friendly sales staff and good knowledge of the car. Did not feeled pressured at any point. However would have been good to have a longer test drive. Defo would recommend.

Avoid going here. I drove two hours to get to this place and for what?
I went in with my Chrysler Ypsilon January 2019 due to receiving a recall notification letter where the headlights turn off. My technician was Paolo Trabucco. Their solution was to have the headlights permanently on; my headlights no longer turn off at all. I of course did not realize this until I drove all the back home. However, that wasn't just it, whilst checking over my vehicle and doing whatever they were doing, they broke the cover under my steering wheel. I had it drop on my lap whilst I was on the motorway. They didn't even have the decency to admit to their faults.??

Over the past year, I have literally sent a dozen emails and called so many times. The times I did get through on the phone which was only twice!! They promised to send me a new cover but never did and eventually would tell me they didn't know what I was on about.

I emailed the manager many times and tried to call him many times - Not once did he himself ever try to contact me.

Avoid this place as all they had done was more harm than good, I should have never taken my car into their service.

I recently took my Fiat 500 to Glyn Hopkin East London for annual service.
The booking procedure was swift and efficient - just one telephone call, followed up by both email and text confirmations from the branch.
Upon arrival on the day, I was greeted by a staff member (Carla Viegas - I asked her full name as she was so attentive) who politely offered me a choice of coffee while I waited for further assistance.
Just a few moments later and all initial paperwork checks were completed in order for them to proceed with the service
Less than two hour later I received a call when the service was complete and discussed some additional work to be carried out whilst the car was onsite. This, too, was promptly carried out and I received a further call when all work had been performed. Meanwhile, I had received a very informative email relating to the service. This even included a close-up video of the underside of my car - a resource which I had not seen previously from any other garage.
When I arrived to collect my car, I was greeted again by Carla who, once I had settled payment, kindly led me to my car which had, to my surprise, also been cleaned and valeted inside and out!
Overall I am extremely satisfied with the level of service and friendliness of the staff at Glyn Hopkin and would gladly recommend them to friends and colleagues.

They have had our brand new van in for repair since March 2022, the expected repair date is late July 2022 - nearly 5 months off the road. I would NOT buy a Fiat vehicle under any circumstance.

They’ve come a long way since my last visit. I went in for my annual service and would like to thank all the new lovely staff and especially Robin for making my experience a positive one.

Please do not trust this dealership, especially this branch and the manager, I had a awful experience with them on my brand new MG zs car purchase, on 26th Nov and with in 24 hours of purchase, huge fault in the car master cylinder failure and clutch loose, which our family on risk in motor way, I returned the car via AA, they worried and caution about thier brand image, not bothered about the customer they put on mental stress, after a fight I got my refund,they purchased my vehicle back, they think they done a favour for me by doing refund and paying off my hire purchase, still now I couldn't get credit, still it's on my credit score with hire purchase, no vehicle at household which made hard to commute to work and social. Wasting lots of money on cabbing everyday and public transport. they didn't offer any other help yet, and not own any responsibility, I sent several email to customer care and CEO,no reply honestly to resolve matter rather then general reply with no name or designation, I don't want to any one to suffer like me and waste Thier time,avoid this branch for sure, worst service I ever received in my life and ignore MG completely, I am a middle class person don't have time and energy to fight through legally, but honestly some one will teach them lessons.

We came here after experiencing quite a bit of bad luck and I am so incredibly thankful we did. The support and service we received was fantastic. They worked so hard to make sure we got everything we needed as quickly as possible. One employee in particular, Adam, went above and beyond to help us out. Thank you!
