Amazing customer service from Simon. If you're going there, ask for Simon, amazing, informative friendly guy. I test drove 2 cars there, and decided on the Hyundai Tucson 2015. Simon did me an amazing deal including 2 year warranty and 2 years AA breakdown cover, within the budget I asked for. I highly recommend Sturgess, and will be going back when I need to trade in my car.

Purchased my car from here as i had a bad experience from another dealership prior so had to return the car. I was helped out by Ellie who was amazing start to finish. I gave a bad review for this place because of bad service and even poorer information. The response from the company to my review was quick with an email address of someone who would be keen to speak with me. I sent an email to the address given with details of my issues and contact information if they would like to talk to me. Unfortunately, to continue the poor service we received, I never heard from them. I certainly won't be changing my one star rating any time soon.

Tariq helped me through the process of changing over a mobility car. Very helpful, and went through everything with me, explaining it, as its quite a complicated process. But all was gone through well and I now have a lovely, easy to drive little Black Fiat.
