Update-I'm raising my score from one to 3 stars, following a response from my email and a conversation with Dylan who was very helpful and was able to solve the issue. Stoneacre would need to have a few more people knowledgable enough to sort these queries; actually answer the phone when a customer calls' plus have a a better and more clearly advertised system for making contact before I would give any more.

But Thank You Dylan.

Bought a car 6 weeks ago. Yesterday I noticed a change on the display and the words "coolant temp" appeared. It doesn't look like a typical warning sign but I can't be sure, so been trying to contact someone to check. Absolute nightmare. Service number on the branch website sends me to some remote central booking system. They give me another number for the branch (Wrexham)- same thing happens- I am told next time use option 2 then option 2 (even though this is not relevant to my query). Option 2 gets me an answerphone but the inbox is full so I can't leave a message. I try sales but no reply. I try chat, but they can't help but do give me an email address. I write an email. meanwhile I send a message on facebook and am given another number for central service. 1st time, I am cut off, but second time I actually speak to a person----but he can't help as he knows nothing about cars. I can book it in for them to look at it. Is it ok to drive the 35 miles? -"I don't know- it's at your own risk". NOT. HELPFUL. AT .ALL. -----Is there no one who knows about these cars you are selling that can help me? It could be absolutely nothing to worry about?. -Apparently not. Can't believe the lack of service, the lack of knowledge of the product they are selling and the absolute nightmare of getting any sensible advice about a new car which may or may not have a problem.

Horrible experience. Took my Fiat Punto which was having issues related to engine misfire in one of the cylinder. They took car for diagnosis and billed me 199 pounds for 2 hours and said the issue is resolved. After I tested the car the issue was still there. When I checked with them, they were not sure with the actual issue, and gave me option which they can try.

I won't recommend anyone to go off servicing there as accounding to me their mechanics don't know about their product as they were just trying hit and trial with my issue which one can easily find on the internet.
