Paul and his team were professional from start to finish, very informative, they know exactly what they are doing. I cannot be happier with my log burner. I took the £1999 deal and the result looks much more expensive. I would highly recommend.

Had our log burner fitted by Paul and his team. VERY happy with the work and the dedication. It wasn’t a straight forward fit as there was an obstacle or two to hurdle to get there. All done in less than a day.

Paul and his team installed two fireplaces and one log burner in our previous home and also a fireplace in our current home. They did a great job which is why we are repeat customers. Paul offered a variety of options and suggestions within our budget, and had a great eye for what would work with the style and character of our home. The work was completed quickly, everything was left clean and tidy and pricing was fair. Would really recommend this company.

We were promised one thing and got something different. Me and my husband had been saving up for this fireplace for three years and its a total disappointment. The communication from the owner Paul was clearly miss leading. Thanks for a lesson in life! Once again don’t trust everyone that says
“Trust me, I know what I’’m doing”
Then we found out that the fireplace was only worth £1999 on their facebook page, and we had paid much more.

Great business to deal with from first point of contact with Owner, who isnt pushy at all and very happy to explain all the options available. Extremely competitive pricing and good tradesmen toboot.

We didn’t think it was even possible to put a log burner in our chimney. Due to how it had been filled in and constructed out. I am told it was not easy and I bet it wasn’t, but we really appreciate the efforts they went to to get it done. Job Well done.

We are delighted with our fire place & log burner. Paul took extra time to help us choose & design the fireplace. And was always responsive to any questions we had (and I had a lot 🤣). Paul and his team even capped an old gas pipe which was not in our quote. Would recommend Heatsafe to anyone and everyone. And they are reasonably priced..
