Great place to find exactly what you want for your home. Amazed by the choice and styles available. The staff are very knowledgeable and helpful when your making your choice and there are plenty of good examples in the showroom to help you decide. Love the one stop shop, we picked what we wanted then agreed a date and everything else would be taken care of for us, this included the removal of all the waste,to the installation. Very impressed highly recommend.

We are over the moon with the fitting and finish. Once again all of our expectations were met. Highly recommendable.
It was a messy job, with brickwork and plaster to remove and then repair. The boys went out of their way to limit the mess and to tidy up after themselves.

Had our multi fuel burner fitted just a few weeks ago,we were made very welcome by the staff as soon as we walked into the showroom and we were amazed just how many fires there was to choose. Our fitters peter and Scott and team were very friendly and did a great job putting in a false chimney and installing the burner. It looks absolutely beautiful,we are over the moon with it. I visited this excellent showroom to look for a new gas fire. My fire was working, but the glass in the front was damaged and the part was obsolete. They replaced the glass in the panel. When the time comes to replace my fire, I shall certainly go back. Very friendly and helpful staff. Thank-you to everyone.

Very helpful shop who were interested in us from walking into the showroom unlike their competitors in Washington. Install had a few issues but very impressed with the responsiveness to fix and go above and beyond top remedy the issues. Thanks - very happy.

Recently had a log burning stove fitted. Outstanding customer service throughout from both Jan and Glen. Scott and Owan the fitters are true professionals who went the extra mile and to top it, both nice lads. Could not fault the process from start to finish.
