We would like to say a big thank you to you for installing our new stove, it is amazing and we are very, very pleased with it. The speed with which you were able to do this work between quoting and installation was impressive and was perfect for us to have (and use) in time for Christmas.

We found you a pleasure to deal with because you have been very approachable and friendly. The way you work was much appreciated as well... little things stood out for us and set you apart from others: the way you took you shoes off at the front door, laid sheets across all floors, cleared everything up.. it really showed you cared about our home.

We would not hesitate to recommend you, or to contact you for future work that we need doing..in fact we are hopeful that you can carry out a conversion for us next year!

Wow! What exceptional service, Chris has nailed every expectation from his guidance on selection and quote from his superb attention and care to detail on installation.

Someone else mentioned in a review how Chris sheeted up and removed shoes, this may seem a small thing to some but it shows how respectful and courteous he is of his customers homes and this is hard to come by.

Chris fitted a beautiful multi fuel burner for us today and we couldn’t be happier. Lovely burner, excellent service and great price.

I can't express enough what an excellent service this business provide. From the people in the office to the hands on staff it has been 100% all the way. I was even contacted on a Sunday to make sure my job would be completed on time. They were also able to put me in contact with somewhere I could get the parts for my stove, something nowhere else has been able to do.. The engineer has done an excellent job and my stove looks like new.. Would definitely recommend this company.

We have had our chimney swept by Grate Stoves and Fires the past three years and always been happy with their service. They even contact us to remind us that it's time to book again which is super helpful.
