Excellent service throughout. Adam took time to explain the options, models available and lead times. Washing machine was delivered, fitted really professionally with some fettling to make it fit and the old one taken away with zero fuss. Will be using FHC again anytime we need an appliance

Had an engineer out to service our gas fire. Instead of the usual quick clean that other engineers have done he stripped the whole fire down and cleaned every component. Never seen such a thorough job. Very pleased with the service.

Received great service from Adam at Furness. Our fireplace was delayed compared to the website however I received a very quick response when I contacted them. We love our fireplace and it sets off the room perfectly. We get lots of comments on the realism of the "flames".
