Brian came to the house we just bought to see what needed to be done with our 3 chimneys, he was on time, courteous and friendly. These days it’s always hard to find good, honest and trustworthy tradesmen but Brian immediately alleviated all my concerns and did a fantastic job. Would definitely use this company again..ask for Brian!

George has serviced and repaired our gas stoves several times. He is fantastic: quick, efficient, punctual, and explains issues really well. Superb engineer; we are delighted with George’s service and would highly recommend.

Had a gas fire installed by Jordan He’s been round a couple of times now Both times he was prompt and very polite. He was very tidy and made sure he left everything as he found it. He was also extremely knowledgeable and explained everything to me as he went along. Cant recommend him enough wish all workmen were like that. A rarity

Your engineer George came to service the gas heater in our sitting room. He was not only very pleasant but carried out a thorough service including taking down the back pannel and cleaning all the accumulated dust - something no other person from your company had done before. He also changed all the bateries and did a thorough test. I can recommend him unconditionally.

Claudio has done a fantastic job sweeping two chimney's that have not been swept for 50 years.

Thank you Jordan for coming to sweep our chimney for the first time. We were very impressed with the service which was punctual, Jordan explained everything he was doing clearly and even gave me some good luck by showing me the chimney brush poking out the top of our chimney! We will certainly use the London Chimney sweeps again and have just recommended them to a friend.

We had the pleasure of having George come out to inspect our chimney and clear it out and he did an excellent job considering we have no idea when the last time anyone looked at it was! He was very thorough and left no mess behind which is hugely appreciated as we have a puppy who loves to run around in dirt.

Very grateful to have been offered an earlier appointment as well which just means we get to enjoy the fire now over the weekend!
