We had the Panama HE Gas fire fitted in Feb 2018 and it appears the thermocouple needs replacing. I have tried phoning and emailing the company numerous times without success. All you get is an automated message to try again later. The customer service is abysmal

An engineer came to sort a fault with my fire (it was turning itself off). At the same time I had the fire serviced and I can honestly say the fire has never ran better! A friendly and excellent service from start to finish and I will be booking my annual service with this company every year.
