Excellent service and first class workmanship, completed in good time. We love how it looks now that the decorating is finished. The false chimney breast hardly takes up any space and we have gained some because the TV used to be stuck out into the room, and the wires lying on the floor were horrible!!

Absolutely outstanding work, really impressed! Big thanks to Ross for doing a great job with the joinery and using his initiative as me and my partner were at work. Also big thanks to Tim for the perfect finish with the plastering. You guys took into account our ideas and plan and built it to our specs.

Just had my media wall fitted finished..
What can I say from start to finish everything was perfect from the build the electrician and the plastering.. Would recommend this company. Did a fantastic job.

We decided to have a media wall fitted and did not know the first thing about how to go about it, after looking online Mansfield Fire and Stove Centre jumped out at us with the number of 5 Star reviews. We visited the centre unannounced, and the staff were more than happy to answer our questions and were not pushy in any way.
After looking at a number of different companies we felt Mansfield were by far the best option.
An appointment was booked, one of the Co Owners George arrived on time, he was very likeable, gave us a quote there and then and made the whole process a breeze.
A date was set, Austin and Ross arrived to first fix the framework and fire, we chatted about the design before starting, they were friendly, kept things clean, tidy and built the framework as we wanted.
The next day Dale arrived to first fix all the electrical cables and installed the sockets which would fit behind the TV before plastering, As with the fitters he kept things clean and was very friendly.
Ryan arrived next to fit the plasterboard and skim the walls, what can I say the man is a magician, the finish was second to none and would recommend him for any plastering work.
Finally, the Electrician returned (Also named Ryan) to install the down lights and fit the sockets for the shelves.
We were told the whole process would take between a week and a week and half which it did.
To summarise, i would absolutely recommend Mansfield Fireplaces and Stoves, a fantastic Job Well Done.

We went to their showroom which had a great selection of fires on display and Mark was really helpful. The cost was reasonable and the guys who came and fitted the wall were very professional and listened to what we wanted and did the work to a high standard and on time. We would highly recommend this company.

Great experience from start to finish. From going to the showroom and speaking to George who was really knowledgeable Austin who removed the chimney breast, Martin and Oliver who fitted the fire and glue etc all worked really hard and were very professional in the way they went about their work also the plasterer was first class.

Esse stove purchased and fitted in October 2020 £2600.
Fire bricks reported cracked and in bits within two months.
Contacted George via email & phone,received a message advised he had ordered new bricks and they are in.
Came out as soon as parts arrived from manufacturer and fire repaired.
Good workmanship clean and efficient service .
