Very helpful and friendly staff and the fish and chips are absolutely bang-on they are fresh and crispy and the batter isn't only as you'd find in other places and chips were the best I've had in a very long time, they make it from special potatoes. Portions are very good. The seating area is tiny but plenty of vinegar and salt to enjoy your fish and chips

Amazing every time, fish is cooked perfectly, chips are always hot. Never had it to greasy.

£3.65 for a large portion of chips!!! My partners hand isn't massive!! A large portion from elsewhere can feed a family of 4 but this didn't even feed 2 of us!

Fantastic. Best fish and chips in Stevenage. Chips are always fantastic and well cooked. Fish is always brilliant. Can't fault it. Curry sauce is lovely too. Have ordered chicken nuggets a few times and those are nice and well cooked as well. Hands down, best in Stevenage, no doubt!!

If only this fish & chip shop was near us!
We were out for the day and it caught our eye so sat in and had the most amazing fish & chips . The fish was huge and crispy 🐳 the chips more than I could eat. Nothing was greasy. Staff were friendly and attentive. Would highly recommend this eatery . Shame we have to put up with a greasy soggy meal around where we live if we want a fish supper..

Really good food and the service is quick and efficient. We had cod, the meat was really white and the batter was golden and crispy, the battered sausage was tasty and the chips were fresh and cooked to perfection. Well recommended and would definitely visit again.

Excellent, excellent, excellent. Staff so friendly and engaging. If my son and I meet on Friday it has to be fish & chips, eat-in before shopping. Thank you for this wonderful experience.
