I highly recommend the battered halloumi as a side with the fish of your choice and the best chips you'll ever eat.

Always Fresh to order Fish and the chips too, absolutely delicious! High quality, large portions and very nice staff and owner too. Been going here for a few years now, and especially the last few weeks. Always a pleasure, I especially love that I can ask for everything to be "Extra Crispy" so they cook it a little longer, amazing please, fully recommend 10/10

Incredibly high-quality food. I've always felt satisfied after eating from Marino's. The only sad part is when the food is gone and I can't continue to enjoy it. Can't go wrong with any of the fish, and a large chips is a great way to get your order to last a couple of meals. I also have a major soft spot for the battered halloumi.

Top-notch kindness in the service, too. One time, I ordered from the wrong Marino's (there is more than one in Canterbury, and the other one would have been a slog to get to walking). Even though this was my own mistake and I would have been happy to pay again, they did my order at no extra charge. I don't quite know how to repay that kindness, but am eternally grateful.

Plaice’d ordered to be told it would be a few mins. Waited 20 mins for all the delivery drivers to get their orders cooked(Seemed to be the priority).
Finally got my cod, batter was over cooked, fish was over cooked so much it had boiled to mush and reduced by 50% mass. I’m guessing the oil was far too hot and the man manning the fryer was in a rush to get all the deliveries cooked.
Quite disappointing considering Adam the old guy who ran it in the nineties would never have served that or let it out the door. Not been in for food in 20years. Probably be another 20 now:-(((

The food was amazing. The staff was very friendly. We were visiting from America and they offered to help bridge the cultural divide. Many, many kudos to them!
