Best Chippy in Nuneaton!!
Food is always fresh and hot. Won’t ever go anywhere else, the battered sausages are my favourite ;) Staff are very welcoming and friendly!

keep giving this place chances because of the location but there is no quality control. surely when you are scooping the chips onto the paper and they are all black and green you should replace them? id be embarrassed to ask for money for them

Thought I’d give this place another chance, was stuck in bed with the flu, sent my husband up to pick up some fish & chips, ended up binning them, absolutely vile!! Not sure what’s happened as this used to be one of the best chip shops in Nuneaton. Unfortunately I won’t be using them again

Mixed meat bread roll, full of fatty pieces, donor meat hard and cold, chips no more than tiny hard pieces

WOW, amazing kebab 🥙 and chips 🍟. Been tasting it for days after restoring a staircase for 3 days, they were the only chip shop open this evening, everywhere closed after saying they were open. Thank goodness the Panteli's were open. You guys are the best, thank goodness hubby drove out to nuneaton to yours 🥰❤️🥰❤️🥰❤️

My first time eating from there not my partners though meal was absolutely amazing customer service was above and beyond we got served by a young lad with dark hair didn’t catch his name believe it began with a L a smile with a service wasn’t the word couldn’t go out his way to help us and the owner I think it was very friendly he hadn’t got cooked what we wanted but went out his way to cook it will definitely recommend to anyone :) thanks guys

Wife’s just got back with our evening meal after work. It’s so disappointing I’m writing a review. £4.95 for a very small portion of dry kebab meat isn’t on.
£16 for what I consider to be a ‘mini meal’ isn’t on.
We normally get much better portions elsewhere for 11 or 12 quid.
I wouldn’t mind so much if it had been quality, but it wasn’t - average at best.
I understand that fish and chips isn’t the cheap meal it used to be, but it’s still a high profit business, so customers should at least be able to expect some value for money. We certainly didn’t get it.
Maybe that’s why they were empty and closing at 8pm?
*To be completely fair, I HAVE used this place before, albeit not for some time, and been very happy. If the ownership has changed, they’ve got it wrong in my view.

I do like a nice chicken kebab so I always go to Croft Fisheries. They do other things as well. Fish, sausages, lamb kebabs etc.
Reasonable prices and Alex always employs friendly staff. If you have a hankering for a chippy tea then pop here.
