Headley's Fish Bar

Been going there ever since my youngest was born we used to have 'chips on Tuesday' , now we use it on Wednesday evening and have a great relationship with the owner - oh yes and the food is good too! - It has changed hands this year (2018) - Dare I say the chips are even better !!!

I've been going there since I moved on this street 8 years ago, owners always had a smile on their face and just a welcoming atmosphere in general :)

They've recently changed the menu and still adjusting so orders may take longer at the moment, so if you're in a rush or don't like waiting I would phone ahead.

I also took photos of the menu because it's not advertised online, plus I must of taken three menus and all of them vanished haha

Stopped by for the 1st time, just a bag of chips. Done to perfection, you know, nice and crispy, hot and a very substantial portion. Great value, and a friendly chat with the bloke behind the counter. All good!

Wouldn’t even give it 1 star to be honest. The worst in the south west! Go there if you want your fish swimming in oil 🤢🤮

Everything was dripping with oil. Worst fish and chips I’ve ever had. Couldn’t even eat the fish cake, threw it in the bin.
