Knaphill Fish Bar

Absolutely fantastic food, generous portions and some of the best fish and chips I have ever had !! First time coming today and most certainly will not be the last, also the members of staff are incredibly friendly and really nice to chat too while the food is being cooked fresh.

Always a pleasure to visit when in the area.

The menu selection is extensive and the food is always fresh and delicious. There's usually a short wait for our order to be ready, but the owners are very warm, engaging, and friendly people, who make the waiting time fly, whilst the food is more than worth the wait for the quality.

An aside is that they have a small area on the left-hand side of the takeaway, where they showcase the environmental and wildlife concerns of their son, who does charity work for the WWF - and similar organisations - despite being no older than 8. Good people raise good children.

The staff are always so friendly every time you enter. The food is always great and of a really good standard. Definitely the best fish and chip shop in the area!

Moved into Knaphill recently, and had a chat with a few locals about places to eat in the village. Everyone seemed to be raving about Knaphill Fish bar, and now I know why. The staff are amazingly friendly, headed up by an always smiling Sue. Ordered for 2 kids and 2 adults, so had a wide selection of food. Everything was cooked perfectly, I ordered a large cod, and was warned its normally big enough for 2 people, they were not wrong. All food was tasty, fresh and value for money. Yes you have to wait, but that price is worth paying to get freshly cooked food. My kids both said they were the best chips they had tasted from any fish and chip shop, and I have to agree. Worth a visit, you wont regret it.

I did not realise fish and chips could be so good. Blown away by the quality (and quantity) of food here. Had a really lovely meal, and enjoyed chatting to the friendly staff as well! I really recommend it here.

Placed and order just shy of £100 for a large family gathering, split between multiple orders and everything was fresh, hot and exactly as ordered.... perfect

After deliveroo driver failed to deliver and speaking to knaphill fish bar directly the staff couldn't have been more helpful great service and lovely food highly recommend this family business

We always said Horsell Fish and Chips were the best in the Woking area: not any more!
After our first ever visit here today, Knaphill Fish Bar is now number one in our eyes.
Lovely fish in a nice, crisp batter with chunky, not soggy chips. Massive portions, a small cod and chips easily enough for the two of us.
Highly recommended.
They are cash only, but plenty of cash machines nearby, so not a problem.
