Local shop with nice and friendly staff and seems like a happy place to be. Good size fish and chips portion was huge! Has the traditional fish and chip shop chip taste, if you know what I mean. I think they have some nice kebab as well, will try that another time. Recommend.

This is the 2 nd time I have tried this fish and chip shop. Never again. Chips are like rubber, and far too big. Fish was watery and tasteless. I tried to put salt and vinegar on them but the fryer pulled them away before I had finished. Not very polite as I had got a normal portion, and a pensioner’s portion I asked which was which one as he muddled them up he just said I would know. I could not so took them both back in and he just said look big fish little fish. Definitely do not recommend this shop to anyone. Waste of money as I could not eat them

Excellent!! I only recently tried this place, but everything I’ve tried, so far, has been fantastic! I’ve just finished the best large, lamb shish I’ve ever eaten - beautifully tender meat, cooked on a real, charcoal grill (as it should be!!) Proper chips - as any fish & chip shop should cook. Large portions, freshly cooked, REAL chips, tender, juicy meat with that real charcoal taste - and really helpful, friendly staff ❤️ Open on Sunday too!! Highly recommended 👍

We order late like 5 mins until they close.... But there still smiling and happy to serve. Of course I apologize for late order but they don't mind. Thank you 😊

Been here twice now, the best chicken kebab I’ve ever had, both times!! And my Nan always gets the plaice and eats every last drop each time! Great food and service
