Howards Fish & Chips

Great fish n chips and tea although no scraps. Basic seating and waitress service. The older staff were a bit grumpy and toilets could have been cleaner.

Used this Chippy last night and was disgusted at the price of sub-par food, the fish for a medium was tiny and soggy and the chips looked like they had been sitting there for weeks and refried 🤢🤮 will not be going back.

We had two portions of fish and chips and loved it. A crispy coat of batter has wrapped the juicy fish. The chips were baked to perfection. The service was extremely nice and we felt very comfortable.

Fish nice and hot
Tea was good
Waitress was nice
Only complaint was too many chips had to leave some.

Popped in just before closing time, had chips and fish cake and battered sausage and chips. All hot and very nice. Young girl that served us was very polite and friendly although I could see she was very busy preparing to close she was still smiling thank you

Great fish and chips. Decent portions and still reasonable price.

What a joyful establisment! Efficient, friendly and clean environment with huge, nicely cooked portions... all with a bit of happy disco on the boombox!

Always good food and staff are friendly despite it being very busy
