Although it tastes good, very overpriced for 26 chips, yes 26 mixed sized chips!
Portions gradually reducing in size recently, shame they haven't any decent competition so they start to care more about keeping customers 🤷

This place has gone downhill big-time you only get about 12 chips this used to be one of the best chip shops in the area but would prefer to go without them to spend any money in there overpriced small portions chips are not very nice I wouldn’t bother wasting your money as you will be disappointed been using them for years but certainly won’t be using them anymore

Portions smaller than other places. Chips were burnt and fish wasn't nice. Made myself and my mother unwell.

Top quality fish and chips with an utterly market leading gluten free fry on Wednesdays.
Can't wait for the restaurant to reopen so we can stop picking up and going to our friends and get piping hot, crispy F&C on site.

Called in as we were driving past and had some very tasty cod and chips. Service was good and staff friendly but more importantly the food was really good. Batter on the fish was nice and crisp with a fleshy fillet inside.

Have been here many times since the early 1990s and can honestly say I've never had a bad fish and chips. Always consistently good and this business is right at the heart of the local community in Long Stratton. Always busy, especially on a Saturday and continues to stand the test of time.

Nice but not amazing. Last had sausage and chips twice for me and the Mrs. Ten qwid, a tad expensive but the sausages are really tasty. Chip portion sizes are a bit stingey. We usually share a portion elsewhere where the value for money is far better. Also, when I stopped the shop was empty, but still had to wait for another sausage then more chips to be cooked, so a speedy pick up I usually seem to miss 😂
