The Golden Fry

Average chip/kebab shop. Bit of a wait for chips as they seem to only cook the amount needed. Flavour of chips ok for me but I imagine not to everyone's taste due to type of cooking oil used.

Nice chips that are not full of bad pieces. The guy who served us was very pleasant indeed. Very reasonable on prices. Only reason it has not received 5 stars is the shop is badly in need of a face lift. Very dated food signs that have lost they're shine. A part from this it's worth a visit as good is very good and prices are very reasonable.

Best fish and chips cooked fresh fab service as always

Staff just haven't got a clue when ordering,nothing on display in the range,needed to wait for sausages to be cooked and the chips?..Well they went straight into the bin hence we're basically scraps..
Cleanliness weren't the best either..

Fantastic service every time. I work in the area and have been eating their food for years. Prices have barely changed. Food is always the same - great. And every single time without fail, regardless of order size and time of day, we can call up and place our order knowing we'll be able to collect within 20 mins. Highly recommend the 1/4 and 1/2lb cheeseburgers.

The curry and others food that I've been ordering they taste absolutely amazing and i couldn't stop wishing to have more of them 😂 this is my favourite take aways👌🏻

Just had homemade chicken curry and chips,,, best I've ever tasted,, lovely little bit of spice but not too much, amazing staff and service is fab.
Will be back soon

This place used to be hell of a lot better don't know if its new cook or noth but something has changed mixed kebab is absolutely terrible and the batter is the worst iv ever tasted gone shame never again
