Siop Chips - Chip Shop

Went there because i was passing. Food was great but had to remove one star because would have liked that face mask was use but was not by staff and customer alike. My local chippy use masks in this time of covid so do customer. Probably wouldn't return if I was in the aria because of that unfortunately.

Just ordered large cod n chips. Received the smallest piece of fish I've ever had from a chippy in my life. At 8 quid it was a rip-off. Chips were lovely to be fair, if it wasn't for that I'd of given a 0 stars!

£14 for fish and chips and a Pepsi. Fish was ok but the chips hadn't been in the fryer long enough. Won't be back there again.

Best fish n chips by mile in the area also the lady that served me was fukin hot as well. Hottest in the area

My recent poor review was taken down, so I will write it again for the sake of honesty. This chip shop has gone rapidly down hill. Wr were regulars, no more since new ownership. When we went 3 weeks ago, and i first wrote my review, we received very poor slow service even though first in the queue at 1pm when the fish shop opened. Fish small and very overcooked and overpriced. Chips anaemic and undercooked. Very disappointed customers who won't be back!

Lovely, freshly made food. Loads of local homemade specials on top of the usual chippy food. Friendly staff, even on a ridiculously hot day. We'll defo be back next year on our next holiday

Best chippy in local area by a country mile. The chips are the best ive had at any chippy ever.
I know that's a bold statement but I thought they were great.
The burgers are to die for. The beef is high quality, and while their burgers are more expensive than other places, id say it's worth it and I'll always pay more for quality.
The staff are nice enough and they even have an app, which is really forward thinking!
