Nemo Fish & Chips

Terrible. I ordered a battered sausage and they mustn't have changed over anything after using things for fish because all I could taste on my sausage was very strong fish. I couldn't finish it and it gave me food poisoning, so must have been cross contamination. Been here twice before with no issues. But after this I will never go back. Hygiene isn't much to ask at a public food place!

Good chips, bad customer service.

Lazy staff members couldn't be bothered to make any gravy or curry sauce, the woman behind the till just made up some bull that they didn't have any left. I would have been happy with a bit of bisto or an oxo cube....

Please sort your staff out, as their service was dull and bland as the fishcake.

It was dire. Must be using days old oil when we went. The fish was rubbery and looked overdone (dark). Tasted really greasy too another sure sign of not cleaning down fryers and using old oil) imo. I would not recommend.

Paid £4.25 for a tinned hotdog on cheap, dry bread. Would probably cost 20p max to replicate. The chips were closer to a crisp they had been kept warm for so long. If we hadn't been so hungry and in a rush we would have asked for our money back. Overall the quality of everything was extremely poor and massively overpriced

Good chips, nice seating. Staff were helpful with my elderly, disabled mother in law, she loved it. Provided good service. Lefr a £10 tip because you were ace!

The fish was really thin and was overpowered by too much oily batter. The chips were slightly overcooked, and cooked in too much oil. Really slow service as well.

Unhelpful staff. Terrible customer service.
Dirty tables, I asked if the table can be cleaned and they just ignored it.
I rarely do any reviews, but the very poor customer service urged me to google this place and write this one. Initialy I felt really insulted by the way myself and my family had heen treated, but when I read the other curomers reviews, I realised that this is just the general attitude.
I am surprised with this amount of bad reviews over months and months, specially with the poor customer care, but the management did not manage to address this issue yet!!

Please note, someone gave it one star because it doesn’t carter for vegan.s? I’m off to a vegan restaurant to complain it doesn’t sell beef.. ridiculous to downgrade a restaurant and harmful to the business
