Leo's Fish Bar

This place has really gone down hill recently. Would not recommend going here anymore. Used to be great (like the previous review 4 years ago!) but now the portions are over-priced and small! "Large" chips is £2.60 and seriously, I'd say large is ridiculous! The portion doesn't even fill a dinner plate! (Actually used to be able to share a large bag, now it's only enough for my eight year old!) Today will be the very last time I use this place as I don't want to be ripped off any more! Disgraceful!

Great food, amazing service. Fish and chips with a welcome every time. Chips are always cooked to perfection and some of the tastiest fish, lovingly prepared. I never eat anywhere else as Leo's has spoilt all other chippies for me from now on.

I had the displeasure of going to this chippy yesterday and let me tell you don't go near it. I went into the chippy with £8.00 expecting to come out with change as I only had 2 large chips and a jumbo sausage, you can imagine my face when it came upto 9.35,so had to go to the car for more money. When I came back asked how much the chips were and she told me 3.80 per bag so I told her it was extortionate but obviously she don't make the prices. We'll after the ripoff came the very disgusting bags of chips. The potatoes were old, the chips were put in with the fish as per the taste and they were like rubber after a five minute drive home. Please stay away awful.

Just had Deliveroo bring our fish and chips and the food was genuinely the tastiest fish and chip dinner we've had in a long time. We'll absolutely be ordering from this fish bar again!

Literally used to use this place all the time but will think twice now.

8pm on a Thursday night and my expectations aren't that high but the chips were awful and that is an understatement. They had clearly been there for ages. They were dry and hard and pretty much not edible.

There are other chip shops in the area and will make sure I go to them in future.

One of best chips shops around only fault is ain't open late enough food top quality staff awesome

Batter is good, chips are okay but I like them crispy and these are mushy. I feel like competitively the prices are too high and its cash only
