Darbey's Chippy

There's a place that has signage proclaiming No1 Fish & Chips in Rhyl.

I am yet to find them open. Until I am able to verify their self titled award I would have to say Darbey's is by far the best Chippy in Rhyl. Good service and reasonable prices

Nice chips but not much in the portions boxes don't even get filled up £2:50 for 2 potatoes ,i think they need to sort that out apart from that lovely food

First visit to Rhyl turned up at shop 25 mins before closing. Asked what was available and was told abruptly all they had was one bag of chips between 4 of us as the rest had been ordered out... turned up face by horrid unfriendly woman with poor attitude and terrible manners. However Towyn chippy 5* clean friendly amazing food. Chinese curry sauce

Regular customer here for the Friday fish special, however won’t be returning after todays experience. Rude lady working there who I haven’t seen before. Food was cold and barely cooked. Soggy fish. Disappointing to say the least.

Unpleasant staff.... After enquiring on produce.
After a brief encounter in shop and smell of poor choice oils soon decided to go elsewhere.

What a fabulous find. A little fish n chip shop that fries everything fresh so it's piping hot. It's really cheap but the food was lovely. I highly recommend.

The best chips I've had in years.returned today had cod and chip's for £5.80 worth every penny will be returning shortly.
