Stopped in while in the area. First visit. The 4 of us went for a sit down meal. Well it was excellent. Best fish and chips I've had in some time. Chips are very good but the fish was the star. I went for cod and the batter was delicious. Highly recommend and will visit again if next in the area.

Had another trip here; just chips this time. Again awesome.

Wasn't happy as my order came to £46 and 1 order was fish bite and chips and on opening there was only a bag of chips kept receipts also £3.20 for 4 mayonnaise was an absolute rip off. The food looked good but was awfully dry

Ordered food for the 4 of us ,our food turned up late , some of my food was missing so I phoned the shop and they said someone will deliver it straight away , not a problem I thought ,
Over 25 mins later no sign of the missing food rest of my food going stone cold so I phoned them back spoke to three different people massive attitude off the last person I spoke to asking me WHAT DO I WANT ????
Not happy and starving !!
This is not the first time either .

Went there lunchtime and bought chicken curry and chips. Now 7.30 whereas it was just over 5 before. That didn't bother me too much but as they were putting it together it looked like all chips and a tiny amount of curry sauce. I even asked if there is chicken in it. She said yes. Got it home and there were a few minute pieces of chicken, at least I think it was chicken as too little to taste it.
Will never go there again.
What a complete rip off.
Cheaper to get chips and a curry sauce from somewhere else and pick up a cooked chicken from morrisons!!!!!!

I placed an order at 5.30 for delivery at 7.52 . It was delivered at 6.55 I sent it back.
It was then delivered at 8.45 .
What was delivered was short ,it was the original food that was sent too early ,it was dry and cold . I will be using another takeaway from now on

Got chips from this chippy 2 weeks ago. They were lovely well cooked and generous portions. Went there today and the attached picture is the tiny portion you now get for the same price. Undercooked and a miniscule amount of chips. Really disappointed. Will not be returning.

Absolutely ridiculous what a mess!!! Just had this delivered and it came like this 13 chips and a cremated chicken burger Absolutely disgusting never again
