Had to wait 25 minutes for 2 portions of chips…
It seems like they don’t know how to prioritise orders, in and out.
They actually gave me one of those buzzers for when the order was ready. - the shop is tiny so not sure where they thought I would be, and it didn’t actually buzz throughout the entire journey, even after I collected.
Maybe invest on better staff training and cooking equipment than technology that you don’t need.
Considering how many people they had “working”, or should I say on shift, the shop could have been so much more productive and faster.
And they messed up on the order.
That’s the first and last time I’m there.
Absolute small fish in a small pond mentality.

One of the best fish and chips I've ever had. And the fruity curry is a taste you will crave. Highly recommended.

Nice fish and chips. Waiting was different story, about 1h to get my order done. But with so many tourists aroun I think it is understandable.

Read the excellent reviews and decided to try them. We were at South Stack, ordered them to be ready in 40 minutes, collected right on time, and thoroughly enjoyed them in our nearby holiday let. Up there amongst the best fish and chips! Will definitely have again.

We visited on a Saturday evening when the place was incredibly busy. We'd ordered online the day before so didn't expect any issues picking up the food, but let's just say they were having difficulty chipping with demand.
When we got our fish and chips I'd rate them as just about ok - perhaps everything could have done with being in the fryer that little bit longer, but when you've got queues out on to the street the pressure is on to turn things around quickly

The service was fab.

The venue was really lovely and clean.

The staff were really friendly in a young person kinda way.

However, we were disappointed with the food.🤨

We had read reviews and people had said that the batter wasn't greasy. Perfect we thought. 👌

This wasn't the case for us. In fact, we all found the batter really greasy and it was all cooked fresh as we waited. 🍟 🐟

I'm not sure if I should recommend or not but based on previous reviews, perhaps its worth a try 😊

Excellent chips. Good selection, including things like squid. They do Chinese curry sauce, which is a huge win for me! Staff extremely friendly. Brilliant place!

We called there today and have to say the service was fantastic...the staff amazing.The place has a very smart and professional look that would be a perfect fit on the high street of a large town. Fish and chips was good...would like to see larger chips though...🤔 But overall well pleased.
