Small family run business. Very friendly service.
Reasonable prices and great quality food. Spotlessly clean with a 5 star food hygiene rating.
This is my regular chippy and I have always been happy with anything I have had.

Great service and freshly cooked food. The fish was crispy on the outside and flakey on the inside. The only downside is that it was cooked fresh so I had to wait for it which I guess is the trade off, but if you are in a hurry they will tell you how long the wait is for what you order.

Excellent chips never had a problem with them, the couple that run the chip shop are lovely always a happy warm welcome from them. There can sometimes be a queue but worth the wait.

Food is okay, there is no wow factor but it did hit the spot. It's a small shop and the employees are extremely friendly and polite.
The food is extremely affordable with large portions.

Some of the best fish and chips outside of Cornwall. Moved up here 8 years ago wish I'd found this place sooner. Great food and great staff.

Prestige chicken nuggets and burgers, the chips are simply devine it's like a party on my tongue and all the best flavours are invited. Would absolutely recommend!

Had a quite long wait. As usual with chip shop chips a few more minutes in fryer would have helped appearance but chips were ok. Cash only a bit inconvenient.

Sausage overcooked even my 4 year old did not want it
Batter of the sausage is so hard you almost broke a tooth.
Fish was ok batter a overly greasy
The chips were way undercooked and the odd one that was ok it tasted like plastic/chewy with no potato in the middle
I don't think I'll be back
