Village Chippy

Cheapest place for miles and the portions are massive. The amount you can get for under £10 is pretty damn impressive. Nice and cheap way to feed the family when you can't be arsed to cook. Shame they don't deliver anymore though.

totally messed our order up tonight. ended up waiting over hour and half for delivery as it was sent to wrong place completely(stapenhill instead of winshill) my food appeared ok but pie I ordered was awful. overcooked in microwave and smelt acidic for some reason. Completely inedible . Sorry I had to do this review as I use these regularly and never had a complaint but it was so I bad it needs to be said.

Poor quality food savaloy as if its been sat in cabinet for weeks and soaking wet sooggy chips would deffo avoid cheap and disappointing staff also extremely rude

Food was nice and very reasonably priced. Was waiting in the shop 25 mins from ordering to receiving the food though.

Been to the village chippy a few times now, very happy friendly service and I've never been disappointed with food, generous portions and so far I am delighted so too my grandson! 🤗

Goodness knows what "fish" they are frying but it's not a fish I have eaten before. Certainly not cod, horrible stuff.

Best fish n' chips in the area! Staff are also lovely.

Best chippy anywhere around Burton. Very good prices for very good portion sizes where the food is pretty good quality. Highly recommend
