Rumbles Fish Bar

Banging service as always, use this place a lot. The guys are always helpful and friendly. Food is very nice with good size portions. Chicken can be dry at times but the potatoes are AMAZING.

Can't seem to understand why there are 1* reviews.... as I've never had an issue with them in the last 2 years of living in Hornchurch.

Good quality kebab and chips, and a decent portion, can't comment on the fish yet hence 4 stars, now taking cards which is much easier.

Never had to wait 20 mins for a bag of chips to take away before is that norm now?because no apology when he gave them to me so I suppose it is.

Kebabs were lovely, chips I'm afraid were horrible, very hard and lots of bad chips.
I would get kebabs from here again bad sadly not the chips.

The food is great delivery food hot one problem they have increased their prices the gish cracks was £2 now £2.99p the cod nearly £10 ??? What do you all think ???

3 weeks on the trot good fish and chips. Cheaper than Hacton fish bar.

I used to like Rumbles and have been going there a few years although over the past year and a half or so it has serverly drop its quality and standards.
Not sure if ownership has changed but customer service is very poor, they look like they don't even want to be there, rude.
Popped in this evening and ordered my food and popped back 15 mins later to pick it up. The food was absolutely awful. Old, dry, unseasoned, pathetic portion, soggy. From the soggy incorrect wrap to the simple chips they couldn't get anything right.
I have said it a few times but gave them the benefit of the doubt but this occasion tops it, so I Will not be going back there anymore. The above also reflects how low traffic they have in the shop now in comparison to a few years back. On a Friday night it used to be packed, tonight I was 1 of 2 people in there.
Needs new ownership or some to poor a little love into their business.

We love this place. The kebabs / wraps are lovely, best in Hornchurch easy. Fish and chips are amazing, service is always friendly too.
