If the man serving isn’t enough to put you off your food where he looks so dirty then the food certainly will he told me to wait because he’s cooking fresh chips and all they tasted like was dirty oil absolutely rank for anyone to give this a five star rating must have no taste buds

Pleasant service, reasonable portions (good sized fish) and tasty sausages. We even got a free 2L coke with the order, which was a nice surprise. Averaged out at £5 each which was great value. Would recommend.

Marvellous, friendly staff, very reasonable prices and good quality food. I went for chips and a battered Mars Bar, with the latter being the decadent gooey mess that I hoped for. They accept cards and portion size is also very reasonable.

Both the fish and the chips are excellent.

Just had cod. Worst cod(if that's what it was) I've ever had. Fish was so dry, it was like cod jerky and the batter was rock hard. Couldn't eat it so I binned it. Don't know what day it was cooked, but probably not today, and I suspect it may not have been this week. Fish wasn't white, it was so dry, it was nearer the colour of the batter.
I used to be a regular customer, but last couple of visits have been disappointing, and doubt I will be back. Used to leave a tip each visit, only tip I would give them now is give up frying fish.

Have been using this place for a while now, love the reception when entering, staff brilliant, food tastes wonderful, the family all agree. The lovely Maya (hope I spelt correctly) always asks of my wife since she met her in Tesco.
