Spent all morning looking for a place to fish until I've got across this beautiful place. If you're a fly fishing man you don't miss this place!!!!!!!!!

Great day out at not a bad price. As an absolute beginner I found the boat a great boon as it meant I was unencumbered by trees , walls and weeds to get hung up on. Just a little dangerous for my fishing partner, but he got very good at ducking 😁

First time visiting, a beautiful lake very well cared for and friendly staff. Stayed down with family and my brother caught 27lb carp.

Like going just find meeting people with same interests very good to relaxes me lots

Great couple of hours yesterday on the trout lake. The owner always goes out his way to make everyone feel welcome. He's always got a few words of encouragement and advice for my young son. Always a pleasure spending time here.

If you haven't been here it is definitely worth a trip, the water is usually very clear(except after really heavy rain), the fish are obviously high quality and the staff are very friendly and helpful. I haven't had two trips the same though, what catches one trip has nothing the next. This place is the source of my biggest Rainbow to date(9lbs).

What a great place to fly fish well kept easy casting been there many times had a 8lb rainbow 2 weeks ago the best place in Derbyshire for flyfishing
