Amazing place. We came here for the Hillingdon Family Fishing Fun Day. We had no idea this place existed, but now we know, we will be back again and again.

The lake is beautiful and is lovely to walk around, or just to sit and watch. And if you want to go fishing then there seems to be plenty of large and small fish to keep you busy. Make sure you get your fishing licence before you go though.

Right next to the lake is the river. It is also beautiful, it's large and also has plenty of fish. Again a fishing license is required.

Take a picnic with you, sit down by the lake and watch the birds, insects and fish. Have a beautiful day.

Lovely place to walk and enjoy a little bit of nature. It's always so beautiful here no matter what the weather is like. It does get a little busy at times especially during these COVID times but people are very considerate of each other and it's nice to get out and about a little.

Summer waning. Just popped over as this spot is in my locality. Nice, peaceful and quiet. Ducks and swans aplenty. Nice walkways along the canalside and gentle sound of running water in the background.

This as a place of peace and tranquillity is amazing but it needs cleaning up and signs need to be put up regarding cooking on site as hazardous over the hot days with people with bbq's.

We found it hard to walk around without walking on dog fouling too.
People washing in the lake wasn't nice either.

A (sometimes) nice fishing/walking area. The ground around the lake could do with a bit more upkeep, but not bad otherwise. Toilets are absolutely disgusting

The lake is called Little Britain because if you look down on it from above it is shaped a bit like Great Britain! You can have a great afternoon out here walking around the lake. It's easy to get around with lots of viewpoints, nice facilities for a picnic and well maintained public toilets.

Lovely place to walk and explore, whether walking dogs or not. Lots of wildlife to see, good for free fishing too........lots of swims and some decent sized fish.....all you need is your rid licence.
