Thought i had died and gone to David Lloyd. Fantastic for small children but no paddling pool. Great family afternoon with friendly staff.

Small friendly gym and not dominated by the macho weight lifters found in some places .Good water facilities. Not quite so good a recent refurbishment has resulted in fewer machines and the disappearance of some

Very well equipped gym, with very helpful staff. The massage therapist on-site was brilliant.

The gym is small but is sufficient. The pool is great during the day, a little busy in the evening.

Swimming session was great. Usually I come alone, but today my little one was with me. We were allowed to use the facilities however booking was just for me. Appreciate that.

Hotel gym and pool, went for a trial swimming lesson. Facilities were good, but quite a lot parked into the space available.

I am so shocked I booked a spa day facility pass with my mum for today. This didn’t seem like a Hilton to me! First of all the changing rooms were so small and crowded and awkward to move in and I noticed the staff lockers in the changing room were digital but members were the old type (straight away this showed me a concern) then we wasn’t even offered a lock for the old style lockers either so had to go back out and get one - this is minor details but just the start, 2nd we got ready for the swim and jacuzzi and sauna and steam however the steam had no eucalyptus to it like most places do and it was very mild and kept stopping after a while in there, the jacuzzi wasn’t even working and so it was disappointing there were only 2 wooden sun beds by the pool so you wasn’t comfortable enough to just read a book in between swims or to just chat. I expect better from a spa hotel especially a Hilton. The only good thing was the sauna was on and the pool was warm! So I left quite soon after to sit in the lounge area to read and just feel some sense of relaxation things got a bit better but before they did I had to walk out of the changing rooms into a staff meeting twice to get to the lounge!!! Seriously these staff were all young and pretty boys obviously self serving people was so unprofessional then not to mention as I went into the health club to get to the spa facilities you walked straight into the gymnasium with ppl doing work outs with your coat and shoes on and the reception area was donked right in the middle of the flippin gym!? We had sweaty work outs all around us as we tried to show our passes to get in- super weird and not ideal!! The better part was when a staff member did finally come along she was young Caucasian and with black long hair and thick eyelashes in the lounge area around 3pmish today - she saved the day as she was super servant hearted and kind and respectful she made a lot of effort to make us happy!! I cannot say anymore good than that unfortunately!! I think the staff were self serving mostly and young this seems to be the issue! Not skilled enough for the job or obviously passionate enough to make a change!! So sad. A side note is it was extremely cheap for a day pass and I was looking to spend around double the amount but just took a chance on this one - maybe the price just simply reflects the cheapness of it all.
