Good selection of classes to go to and they are expertly run. The gym is upto date with all modern machines and I can't fault all the stuff they have there. The only thing that let's it down is the lack of staff, apart from the staff at the front welcoming people to the centre, who seem knowledgeable the rest don't seem to have a clue and if you want to know anything about a bit of the gym you can't find anyone. Ringing up to find out any information is a hit or miss affair, usually it just rings and rings and you begin to wonder if anyone is really there.

Very badly run app is a joke giving to mush booking to private customers and not giving times on the weekend to people who need the exercising new rules and booking time are hard to get spaces .

Still not cleaning properly even in these times very poor management.

It's alright

Fusion are absolutely terrible. From inconsistent and poor value memberships. To being unable to schedule enough staff to ensure activities are available. The worst of what can happen when local authorities hand over amenities to private companies. I hope fusion go out of business from some inept incompetent business practice. But I fear the council contracts will keep them in business for years to come.

To sum up.

Don't use them. They are rubbish.

I love it because it has good facilities.
