It's absolutely a very well built gym. You will find everything you need to work out and the team is very friendly, motivated and confident.Joel is so positive and helpful. He takes care of everyone and his stretching class is superb. He goes out of his way to help clients and he is always there for everyone.He is top notch.

Best believe you better come to this gym, you have incredibly friendly staff like Ricky the legend with different types of circuit classes available to suite your needs. The layout of the gym is very simple so if you get lost there’s no need to be cross. You have staff at hand always available to lend a hand, especially when it comes to perfecting form I would know I’ve made a few mistakes but Dale, Ricky, Beatrice, etc have helped me in different aspects of the gym from fitness and health to mentality and wealth as we all know health = wealth. Don’t be shy as everyone’s needs will be met as the gym is also very well kept, salute to all the staff keep it up much appreciated.🫡

Joel and Dale are main 2 personal trainers that stand out to me. They’re helpful, kind and overall caring towards the wellbeing of others. I recommend this gym in general

This gym is the best!! It’s a really good price and everyone who works there is so friendly.
They also have so many classes to choose from at so many different times which means there’s no excuse not to go to one. Massive shout out to Laura who always pushes me to go harder in the classes. I also think Beatrice and Dales classes are so great!! 5 starts all the way 😁😁😁
