The Gym Group London Wembley Park

Really nice gym and it recently opened 24/7. Clean, nice atmosphere, friendly staff and good instructors/classes.
Value for money!!!

Terrible staff. One only cares about doing the most random stretches on machines so no one else can use it properly. My boyfriends hat got stolen the other day and they claimed they were “too busy” to check the cctv even though all they were doing was sit in the office (2 of them) but they’re apparently too busy to do anything. Best if you don’t bring anything to the gym because there’s very poor security.

I was bullied out of this gym on Friday 25th November 2022 and the manager did nothing to help me or diffuse the situation. The manager sided with the bully who refused to practice good gym etiquette by sharing equipment and respecting other people's personal space! I will not be returning to this gym and I strongly encourage you not to

While this gym still has good equipment, am not sure who is staff and who is not so if I need help who do I go to. Also am very very disappointed that they have taken away the only class I can do which is spin on a Sunday morning, the class always had very good attendance.
Even though my excitement for this gym has gone I will continue to go as it is close to me.
Some areas of the gym smell and there seems to be these little flies that are very annoying.

My favourite one around . Very spacious , clean , has everything what I need for my training . Also has a studio for classes and not every branch of “The Gym Group” has it. Love it

you guys don't have to thank us you earned it. It's by far the best gym I have ever seen . The only thing that kinda bombed me out was seeing the 2 eastern European women working there. One is short with short hair the other is tall ..who was so disrespectful to me when I first time I come to the gym because I didn't want them as PT . Then they got so rude and aggravating. Second incident was last week when I met this lovely Indian woman .who was feeling a little insecure about herself ...understandably . And it took me literally 4 min to make her feel good about herself, we started having s laugh and enjoying the equipment.

Then the tall slim lady come and destroyed her self seem in literally in 3 seconds flat . I remember think and you're paying this person to treat you like dirt . If that was me I would deal with her properly. But she want talking To me . All she did was given a dirty look .and I just gave her one back .don't play with me I thought. . She was acting like I got lost and ended up at her village. So I would kindly ask the lovely amazing manager there to please deal with those 2.
Because everyone else is just so great to be around and helpful . There is always a lot of guys there who had PT before and they honestly don't mind sharing their wisdom with you . Guys I couldn't recommend this gym enough. Best place ever . Thank you guys for making this place the best gym ever .great atmosphere .great staff .and to those ladies I would say racism and hate has no place in a multi cultural society . Remember that you're in the UK now .
