I started pole dancing straight after the lockdown in August and I've been a regular ever since then! I had never touched a pole before but with Alex's never ending support and teaching I managed to go from beginners all the way to advanced. It's such a fantastic workout, at the end of every session I feel refreshed but also tired.
Alex is a fantastic teacher and is brilliant at constantly encouraging and pushing her students. Cannot recommend the classes more, everyone is so welcoming and it's such a supportive environment to be involved in. Cannot recommend Alex's teaching more!

I have done pole for about 7 years and Alex has been teaching me for almost as long.

First of all, it is the BEST sport! You get stronger and fitter by doing something incredibly fun and surrounded by an extremely supportive group of people, no matter your age, gender or body shape.

Second of all, Alex is an amazing teacher: she makes you feel safe, you will progress very fast and won't believe how quickly you are learning amazing new tricks. Her classes are super fun, it doesn't feel like working out all all, more like an hour of fun every week that I'm always looking forward to!

Pole classes at the Ealing Pole Studio are my happy place, try it!

So I followed the Ealing Pole Studio for about a year, indecisively trying to push myself to join a pole class as a complete beginner. I finally decided to just do it and book onto a session here in November 2021. The best decision ever - Alex has been my teacher, she is an absolute gem. I’ve never started a new hobby with other women and felt SO comfortable. The classes are so so so much fun & from the start Alex has always helped everyone through by providing easier and harder ways to get into certain moves/positions, which is great because it’s given me an opportunity to build my strength up over time and start on easier moves and then work my way up to more difficult ones.

ALSO: Pole has toned my body way more than going to the gym has in the last 6 months. If you’re someone who gets bored of the gym easily (like me) then I highly highly recommend starting pole sessions with Ealing Pole Studio. It’s a way more fun and enjoyable way to exercise every week & you get so much stronger!!

Myself, my mother-in-law & sister-in-law all go to different level classes here and we love it🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

If you are thinking about trying out the Ealing Pole studio, you should definitely do it! Alex is a fab instructor, super encouraging and supportive. I have been going for a few months and there are people of all abilities and always something new to try. The class size is small enough that you get to know the others and Alex can spot if you need a little extra help. Amazing studio and amazing instructor xx

The studio has a very welcoming, supportive environment.
Alex is an amazing instructor who encourages you but also pushes you to improve. I have taken a break from pole during the lockdown but since starting again have felt so much stronger and gained more confidence in myself too!
Can’t wait to go back to my next class!

I took beginners course and then followed up with a month of advanced classes back in the summer. Alex is a great teacher with a sense of humour, very charismatic, fun and clear with her instructions. She does give challenging moves even to the beginners and pushes you to your limits, especially if you go into it not very fit/strong/bendy, which is great if you want to challenge yourself or get into shape. It's a shame I had to stop taking her lessons, I would have carried on if I didn't move to the other side of London.

I never post reviews but everyone should know how amazing The Ealing Pole studio is due to its brilliant teacher Alex. I’ve been completing courses for nearly 2 years now, as Alex creates such a fun and nurturing environment. Coming to pole every week is honestly my happy place as it’s such a positive community. I’ve grown so much in skill and confidence as Alex genuinely cares for the progress of all her students. If you’ve always wanted to do pole but have been unsure book one course I promise you won’t be disappointed! Happy pole-ing🥰

Alex is an amazing instructor and I had so much fun on the beginners course that I have now signed up for the improvers course too! If you are looking to pick up a new hobby in 2022, I'd really recommend the Ealing Pole Studio. Due to Alex's knowledge, encouraging teaching style & the generally supportive and inclusive atmosphere in classes I found myself able to do a lot more of the moves that I thought & also noticed my strength and skill improving over the 4 week course.
