Superb place for everyone and everything you need to get in shape.
Found this place via my friend advice, who is going in gyms over 15 years and he say this is the one I must take membership! So was glad to do it prices are affordable have spa zone also do group classes and lots off other things! So recommending 🤓👍

With a few words customer service is quite nice and friendly, equipment includes a lot of options and areas are large to accomodate loads of people.
There is swimming pool , jaccuzies and steam room.
And there is a massage therapist available for clients best recovery / sports massage , deep tiessue abd reflexology/

Well equipped and clean gym. Really really good value for the money. Not sure what the complaints about the pool are but it’s clean and a good temperature. Sometimes the weights/plates are out of order or not stacked properly but that’s usually down to gym members not putting equipment away. 4 stars because peak hours can be really busy especially on a Monday. Weekends are really quiet

Joined in May 2022 with warm welcome and great service by Jo, she gave me the gym tour with great patience and all the facilities i can use! great gym for sure! Especially for the value you get with the swimming pool, spa, classes all included and clean too.

The pool and steam room are lovely but the gym is very dark and not well furnished the floor is concrete and make lots of noise when the weights are used some equipment is in good condition others aren't.

Worst gym in the Cambridge area. Used to be a member of the gym now I'm going with my partner from time to time. There is always lack of paper rolls all around the gym so you can't really clean equipments before or after use. Lack of staff, in all other gyms you can see some staff regularly walking around happy to help or just check if everything is okay in this gym you could probably die and no one could notice. Regularly something is not working ither steam room, jacuzzi or pool. Stuff have a problem with writing your details correctly during registration, they put my email wrong and my partner has most of the details wrong including name surname etc.

I’ve been to this gym as a guest a couple times to do weight training and always been disappointed by the quality of equipment and messiness of the gym floor. Gym goers leave the weights wherever they feel like and staff don’t put in the effort to clean it up or ask people to return their weights properly. Last time I was there someone was vacuuming and causing a tripping hazard (someone actually tripped up on a power cable). They’ve got a huge space to do something good but seems like management don’t want to invest in it. It’s affordable at least

Great value for money and never overly crowded! Lovely and friendly staff too! The manager is always so helpful and polite. Changing rooms are well kept and clean.

I’ve used many gyms over the years and this one is by far the best. The darker lit gym floor makes it so comfortable to get your sweat on and give a completely different atmosphere to other gyms.

Equipment is great and the gym never gets overly crowded to the point where your stuck what to do. There’s enough equipment and space for everyone at all times and that’s great as it helps keep a routine.

Since the new manager has worked here, there have been tremendous improvements to the club and you can tell that the team works hard to keep the place nice and functional for members.
