I've never found keeping fit such fun. Louise is a wonderful teacher and welcomes you into the Polefit family. We participate in some great days out including the Uckfield Featival and Carnival Night as well as a Charity Ball which we dress up in our finery and dance the night away all in aid of a local charity. This year it is Uckfield League of Friends again. There are lots of different classes and academies to get you started in pole fitness. It's given me lots more confidence, made me fitter and best of all it's been fun. It works for male or female, any age and any size you can't say that about most forms of fitness. Would encourage anyone to give it a try

Amazing!! Had my frist lesson with Cat and loved every minute!! Can't wait for the next lesson!! Even looking into my own pole so I can practice. Well recommend doing a taster class or one to one!!

I went to Pole Fit Angels for the first time last night and I immediately felt right at home, everyone was so welcoming and friendly. The instructor Lou was amazing and fun and went out of her way to welcome me. The class was fast paced and gave me lots to work on and I'm definitely going to book on again for next week. Loved it!
