NOT GOOD, beware of Dekko and how they conduct business. We bought a new built with Dekko kitchen installed a couple of years ago. They installed one of the shelves using an inappropriate support, which caused a permanent deformation of a side wall. The buckled side wall now puts a pressure on a dish washer, which is on the other side. I reported it and after a few months they agreed it would be a good idea to get it fixed.

One of their engineers came to have a look at it, flipped a support pin and left, clearly took an advantage of me not being present. When I called Dekko to follow up they said they fixed it, an absolute joke. They agreed to visit the site again. The same guy came and admitted more needed to be done, he even came up with a repair plan. He advised it would get done within 2 weeks. I have never heard from them again. I sent a number of emails to the director, I also called several times. ZERO RESPONSE. The whole process took nearly a year.

My last communication with Dekko was an email to the director in which I said I would need to share my experience with others. I got a response in 5 minutes... makes you wonder. I was told they could not help me anymore and the company was likely to go into administration.

And this is the end of my journey with Dekko.

Poor workmanship from untrained "kitchen" fitters. Most of whom have no formal training or prior experience.
Brand new kitchen in a new build 50% of which needed reinstalling because of missing legs and poorly finished units.
Attempting to contact Dekko is impossible. All communication is via email as nobody ever seems to answer any phone calls.
Still have a kitchen now that is subpar. Had to threaten with trading standards before one of their fitters came out to make small adjustments but the kitchen is still and always will be poorly finished due to cheaply made units.

Avoid at all costs

Moved into a new build apartment May 2020, quickly discovered how badly Dekko had fitted my kitchen. The worktop was supported in the cupboards by folded up pieces of cardboard wedges between the cupboards and the worktop. The backs of the cupboards had detached leaving gaps between the cupboards and the walls, the filler in the worktop was green and cracked and the cupboard doors all slope significantly. Dekko blames the developer....not sure how it’s their fault when Dekko installed the kitchen! Dekko were only willing to repair the worktop with what smells and looks like tipex leaving a matte grainy finish that’s a different colour to the worktop, oh and they wouldn’t deal with the main cracks on the backsplash joins because it’s not their remit...

Had my kitchen fitted by Dekko and I am really impressed. Throughout, there was nothing I could fault or complain about. The project was completed quickly within a tight timeframe. Despite this, no compromises were made by Dekko to quality or attention to detail. Only the highest grade materials were used, along with top quality German appliances fitted from the likes of Bosch and Siemens. They provided comprehensive customer service throughout, they understood what I was after and were able to complete the kitchen to the exact specification and they were always ready to answer any questions I had. Shout out to the Managing Director, Grace Lachowicz who was very friendly and helpful and a great leader to everybody at Dekko’s hardworking team! I look forward to doing business again in the near future with Dekko Interiors.

Kitchen installed by dekko in a new build , London SW10, developer seems to have chosen cheapest range , and dekko seems to have used cheapest installer, moving in was delayed due to covid and now they refuse to replace a badly installed counter top, sealant around the edges looks like a child finger paint class did it, the gap at the joints unacceptably big, customer service poor, they wanted to repair the gaps with wood filler and paint. How do companies like this survive. I would AVOID unless you want to replace your kitchen again in 6 months. In my opinion this is a cowboy operation that will go bust soon.
