Customised wardrobe-- fitted perfect following an issue. I received call from company who took all the measures and steps to make my wardrobe fit perfect with 100% satisfaction. Unfortunately I did not get the gentleman's name but he did give me reassurance that I can use their service again with confidence. Thank you. Happy to give 5 star.

Found the company through Facebook ads back in December, they were very quick to arrange the appointment and come over for the quotation. We discussed everything, one of them was the clothes hanging rail at the corner of the wardrobe, I precisely asked for a curved rail as I didn't like the way I was shown on their pictures. I was promised that they will do it which obviously it wasn't going to happen. Likely I paid attention to that and told my husband who was on site. The guy kept on telling me that it's same thing to have 2 straight rails crossing each other, the curved one wouldn't have enough support, and that the curved rail is very difficult to find.. (we were then told by one of the fitters that is more expensive that's why they're trying not to install them). I was not happy with his answers trying to convince me of fitting the straight rails until I insisted and told them that we will not pay the remaining balance until the curved rail is fitted as they promised. Not to mention how many times I chased the guy for that until he confirmed he will do it and at the end he did so he could take the rest of the money.
I haven't been able to go to the property for few months as we were refurbishing everything and there was a lot of dust and having a toddler, i avoided going until everything was done. Last week I have finally managed to go and I find that the dressing table they fitted had no shelves inside, which is a waste of space and useless. I looked back at the plan and shelves should have been fitted. I contacted the guy again on the 6th of July, he replied that he will check and get back to me, which of course never contacted me back. I texted him on 11th July but he didn't reply even though he saw the text. So I texted him again on 12th July asking for any update, he replies saying I will check today, so I said you were meant to check this
last week but you didn't. Until now he didn't get back to me.
I wouldn't recommend them to be honest. No customer service and you have to keep chasing them every day to get things sorted and once they get their money they will simply ignore you.

I found the initial discussions with the designer really helpful and the organisation of the fitting was really quick and they kept with updates. However the fitting experience was poor. The two individuals who entered my house were incredibly rude and did not interact with me at all. They left the items outside in my front garden when then could have brought them into the house. When I explained that it was about to rain and they may want to bring the flat pack into the house, they rolled their eyes and it was almost like I was bothering them. I also asked them to wear plastic foot coverings (which I provided) when in the house as I had recently had a new cream carpet fitted. They kept failing to put them on, at one point one of them put them on to go outside and was rolling his eyes at me while I asked him to put the covers on when he is in the house not when he is outside. The one positive experience was the fitting was quick but they did not do a great job and they interacted with me when it came time to pay the bill.

I did ring to complain and submitted an email with my complaint. When I called they said they would look into my complaint but I didn't hear from them again.

It is not even a year on and one of the rails in the wardrobes has fallen down and requires fixing.

I wouldn't use them again and wouldn't recommend them at all.

Very unprofessional. The fitters were shouting while at home and have no aesthetic sense. They were rude as well and weren't welcoming our suggestions - as if they are doing a charity job for us.

All cuttings were done inside the house and was full of dust eventhough they hoovered for name sake. The carpets will now need a clean. I don't recommend

Wardrobes 5 star and very clean and tidy, we did see a scratch or two on our new floor but we paid in full regardless. Guys were polite and end result is extremely good, overall very happy with the converted space

Deepak was fantastic throughout the process, extremely helpful and knowledgeable throughout, plus was in communication at all hours of the day to answer any questions. A three week turn around from initial consultation to installation. Really pleased with the outcome and professionalism throughout. Great value also! I would highly recommended and would use again.

Really pleased with our fitted wardrobe. We had a minor misunderstanding regarding how we wanted it to fit flush against the wall as the recess in our wall was deeper than the wardrobe itself. However they were happy to listen and change mid-build to accommodate our needs. We're very happy with the finish and they beat everyone on price too.

Contracted Smiths in December 2021 to build a wardrobe and box shelf. Installation team arrived promptly on the day and fitted the wardrobe as per the design. A design flaw was discovered upon completion of the work, in addition to an installation snag and a scoping issue. Spoke to Kiran at the office who promised to resolve the issues after consultation. True to their word the installation team came back within the week and made good all the issues. Due to their responsiveness in dealing with emergent issues And the good quality of the finished product I highly recommend Smiths.
