Rhino Fitted Bedrooms & Home Offices

DO NOT USE RHINO.After several recommendations we ordered a fitted wardrobe via the Bromley branch. It is poorly designed and was initially very badly fitted. We had to wait 4 wks to get someone to come back and solve these issue. We subsquently complained about how the wardrobe is unfit for purpose (badly designed) and the bad quality of the materials used and we have been completely ignored.

Having had two of the best known names in fitted furniture call and offer designs which were quite expensive and not exactly what I wanted, I asked Rhino’s to come. From the designer right through to the fitting, the service and product was excellent. The designer Dean was patient, helpful and innovative. His home study provided maximum storage as I wanted. The two fitters worked flat out and the installation was perfect. Nothing was too much trouble. They were polite, clean and ensured everything was spot on. I was so pleased that I have just ordered 16 new doors for my existing fitted bedroom wardrobes. The carcasses are fine and provide everything I want but some companies are reluctant to replace doors on furniture not supplied by them. Not so with Rhino’s. I KNOW I will get another first class job which will look like and will be a brand new bedroom for me. Highly recommended, thank you Rhino’s.

We want to put on record our thanks to Rhino for not only the initial fitting of the bedroom furniture but for the way the company has addressed our few snagging issues. The efforts of the whole team, from Tanya in the Bromley showroom, the fitters, Tom in the Service Dept and Dean the designer have provided us with beautiful fitted furniture and now that the room has been decorated and had all new soft furnishings it looks lovely. We have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Rhino as the "go to" company for bedroom furniture as they provide an excellent service and fabulous furniture.

Just had a home office fitted and the service received from start to finish was exemplary. The designer was very patient and helpful and the fitter tidy and efficient.

Rhino built wardrobes in my loft in 2007. Today they are as new. Well built and sturdy.
