Jade Home Assembly

All very efficient, both booking and delivery. Would’ve been nice to get a bit more notice on the delivery date - it was always two days in advance which I had to delay for several weeks because we couldn’t be at home all day. Thankfully wasn’t waiting for it. But if they could’ve said a date in a weeks time (or even two!) I could’ve sorted it quicker. Very pleasant on the phone however.

Driver was excellent. Called when he should, delivered on time and with a big friendly smile. All in all very good!

Although I was not present at delivery I am told all was well. My only criticism is a) despite being advised that I would get a message 48 hrs before delivery, this did not transpire and I had to phone to confirm that delivery would be taking place.
b) call from delivery crew 1hr prior to delivery did not happen.
Am sure this is an isolated incident but communication could have been better.

Well worth the extra cost to pay for someone who knows how to assemble flat packs and take away all the packaging.
Ash from JHA arrived on time, he was polite and courteous, he did a great job putting the wardrobe, drawers and cot together, asked where exactly did I want the furniture placed. He made the job of assembling flat packed furniture effortless and easy! All the packaging was removed, the room was left clean and tidy.
I would highly recommend using this company and a big thank you again to Ash for doing a brilliant job, the furniture looks great.

Excellent service from Joel who was really friendly and cheerful and helped us get the best layout for our two beds and them both up in less time than it would have taken two of us to do one! Communication before was not 100% - I had to ring to check whether the delivery was coming as one text said there would be another text before delivery date to confirm AM or PM which didn't arrive. It wasn't a bother to call, and the staff were helpful (and I was at home anyway working so didn't have to change plans) but I can see how this would be an issue for others.

Had to wait for planning team to arrange delivery, which took longer than quoted. Day of delivery, receive a phone call informing me they are an hour away, then another phone call 1hr 30 mins later stating the truck had broken down so the shipment would be returned to depot and planning team will be in touch again soon. As I was so annoyed, I went and collected the shipment from the broken down van myself and took it home.

It was really good service. We expected the delivery iin 2-3 weeks. We received the child bed in 2 days after the order. The delivery staff were very good and helpful.

I recently received my daughter's new bunk bed from John Lewis. It was delivered and assembled by Jade Home Assembly, the lovely gentleman who was delivering and assembling the bed was named 'Tom.'
He was very polite, efficient and patient as my daughter was very excited to be getting her new bed.
Tom was amazing he was in and had the bed built before I realised and the rubbish cleared up and room ready to use.
Tom was a credit to Jade Home Assembly and Jade Home Assembly have also been brilliant in keeping me informed of the delivery process throughout...

On the day of delivery I received a text at 06.30am saying the delivery driver will be at my door for 07.00am.

I got an alert on my ring doorbell advising there was movement at my front door. I checked the camera and it was 06.59am. Sure enough the delivery driver was unloading 7 boxes of furniture from the van and loading it next to my door. He then waited until 07.00 before going to knock on but I opened it to greet him. Very pleasant, kind and professional.

Would definitely recommend.

I didn’t take up the home assembly option as it was our first child’s bedroom furniture and I wanted to have the honour of doing this.

However based on the delivery service alone, I would imagine the assembly service to be every bit as good!
