I’ve had a couple of flags made by these amazing people. Some have been ‘off the shelf’ designs and others made to my specific requirements. Their flags are always top quality, beautiful, and last for years: I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Mixed reviews and feelings: Positive - Product is very good, a coffin cover for my wife. Negative - I ordered and explained the funeral was in 1 week, i was informed delivery would be OK if I purchased that day which I did. Cover had not arrived on Monday, funeral was Wednesda ,I telephoned Red Dragon to be informed it was being dispatched later that day for 10am delivery the following day. 2pm still not arrived, telephoned again to be told nobody available to help but to email. I requested a call back. 4pm phoned again to be told somebody will call. The cover arrived same day as my wife's funeral. Still waiting for telephone call from Red Dragon Flag makers.

Wonderful company to deal with. So pleasant and helpful and the quality of their work is outstanding. The flag we had produced had a complex and intricate design but was beautifully cut and stitched and absolutely delighted the recipient. The time it took to produce was also very well within the limits we had stipulated. I cannot praise Red Dragon strongly enough. I asked Red Dragon to produce a Pinsel. This is a small triangular flag granted by the Lord Lyon only to chiefs (or very special chieftain barons) for practical use to denote a person to whom the chief has delegated authority to act in his absence on a particular occasion. The flag is 135cm long by 60cm high, with a background of the main livery colour of the chiefs arms. On it is depicted his crest within a strap and buckle bearing the motto and outside the strap and buckle a circlet inscribed with his title. On top of the circlet is set his coronet of rank or baronial chapeau if any. In the fly is shown the plant badge and a scroll with his slogan or motto.

This is quite a difficult flag to produce and I strongly suspect that Red Dragon had not done one before. It was a steep learning curve. However, the end result was fantastic.
