Whipton Sub Post Office

What's the point of having a post office if they keep on closing or because of technical problems or haven't got trained staff to do the job probably . Three visits to the post office and still unable to sort my problem out 😡😡😡

The staff here need training in how to run a post office counter. The guy was reluctant to take my pre-paid parcel because he hadn’t had any training! The parcelforce website said I could drop it off at this location. What training do you need to receive a parcel and wait for it to be collected!

Never Open. I live around the corner so it is convenient for me to walk and post parcels but it doesn't matter when I go, they are shut. Needed to urgently post my passport today but shut when I arrived at 3pm even though they are supposed to be open till 5.30pm. I won't ever be going there again. COMPLETE JOKE

It's never open. Had to pay to get my parcel redirected to this post office 2 weeks ago! And every time I go in to pick it up it's shut and staff haven't had training. Have told staff multiple times that all I want to do is get my parcel, surely you don't need training for that?

The opening times are a work of fiction. It used to be a decent Post Office, but you would be better going elsewhere now.

May aswell close this post office , every time I go there it’s closed , they all seem to reassure me that it is still open , one chap even said it all depends on one person and if they decide not to come in then they have to close the whole post office . No staff member seems to have a clue .

It would be better to remove the post office name altogether, as it is never working.

Suppose to be open between 9-5.30 walked down with 3 return items, at 4.50pm to find it shut, please update opening times so other people don’t have to travel unnecessarily and are not caught out like me. It would help if you put opening hours on the outside as I had to queue and wait as well. Rating of 0/10 extremely angry and frustrated
