Tried to email them but no response. in store service is great however installation service is very poor. Fitters came to install the vinyl only for 5 mins. Was impressed with their efficiency. And then later we realised they didn't even put any glue (which I paid for) under the vinyl. They literally only laid the vinyl on the floor and then that's it.

Made an online web order which went a bit wrong HOWEVER the deputy manager at the Lincoln Carpetright store was amazing and so helpful to rectify things, and he sorted them quickly! Really pleasant and calmed me right down. Knowledgable, and I was really happy with the outcome. Give that man a pay rise!!!

Excellent, friendly, non-pushy, customer-focused and helpful service throughout. I found the staff very easy to deal with at every stage (choosing flooring, estimator visit, fitting of the flooring). I'd highly recommend Carpetright.
