I found Dave in the showroom really helpful, went in a couple of times with different questions & he was extremely friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The fitters were fantastic (Jamie) they were on time, clean and tidy and we were really impressed with the fitting, it’s so neat & tidy around the skirting boards, bath & pedestal etc (and believe me we are fussy). So thank you, we are really pleased with the new bathroom flooring, it looks great :)

Never EVER will I purchase a carpet from any of their stores again, firstly Kirsty from Chester store have me a wrong quote as she done it as a made to measure so when I went back the next day to order it the price was a lot higher, hmm been there 2 months that and still doesn’t know they arnt made to measure? She also ordered it to the wrong store, she didn’t warn me that carpet right have NO RETURNS POLICY! or warn me about delivery cost when the delivery driver drops the item off? Even though iv already paid for delivery?

I had an absolute nightmare with this carpet as no one knew where it was, some were telling me it was being delivered to Chester some said Rhyl? Managers and “customer services” that said they would call back in 15 minutes never bothered!

“Customer services” are the worst iv ever heard of, no returns policy on a carpet that they lost?! When they finally found the carpet they would give no compensation or even free fitting after the week of stress and incompetence they put me through? Also they refuse you your right speak to a manager!

If and when it does finally show I’m half expecting an awful bright pink carpet half the size of what I ordered.

They are an absolute shambles! Scs next and every time for me from now on!

Got a great piece of carpet for my bedroom. The guy who helped me,was very pleasant and made the sale easy for me. I took the carpet with me there and then. Great thanks. Going back for more carpet soon.

Called in to get prices for LVT flooring and book a home measure, sales lady couldn't have been less interested...

Range of carpets good but staff are disinterested in helping, was short with me when I was trying to explain and stood with arms crossed looking very unapproachable. I have a whole new build to put flooring in, so a shame really.

Absolutely appalling service. Ordered laminate due to leak in the house. Only for 1 bedroom and some of the hallway. I gave the code and original paperwork from 2017. They ordered the wrong one after 4 weeks wait. Then another 4 weeks for correct one to arrive. Then missing 2 doorstopers. Reordered again arrived in wrong shade again. No communication of when product will arrive or an apology. Walked into store, explained everything, then we received an apology and let's hope they get it right this time. No compensation being offered having placed order on 1st June 2021. Once all resolved I WILL NEVER use you again. Staff is rude too. I walked in nobody was willing to help a chap said to me "Well an assistant manager is there so speak to her" without even looking at me in the eyes.

Nothing but a positive experience. Dave is a great estimator, turned up on time and was very pleasant, and did a great price on our carpets. Very pleased.
