Went to the shop today, found Chris very helpful knowledgeable and friendly with a good sense of humour.
Came to our house an hour later to measure the rooms found the carpets we wanted and told us all we needed to know e.g. underlay, carpets and costs.
We bought what we wanted and have been given the dates of carpets being layer.
Everything done in the day,great job

I ordered some carpet over the phone, gave a description of the colour I had in mind as I was unable to get to the store. It was perfect. Craig who chose the carpet for me could not do enough, he was friendly, helpful and clearly knew his stock, even squeezing me in to the list for fitting on a particular day. The fitter, Steve was also wonderful. Very friendly, polite and his workmanship second to none. I have no hesitation in recommending this store in Boston, Lincolnshire.

Bill re-fitted our Lino after the first guy showed no care or effort meaning it had to be redone . Gary at UC was very helpful and Bills work was amazing,thank you Bill👍

The staff are very friendly and personalize every sale, they make you feel like family, while also maintaining the up most professionalism.

They also offer a free measuring service, which is very helpful!😄

Good friendly service. Needed 2 single beds fast, Colin helped us out and got us 2 good quality Rockingham beds. Good pricing as well.
We also bought a divan bed from them over 10 years ago that has been fantastic and comfortable.
