I can't rate these guys highly enough! We got quotes from welland and carpet right and welland gave the most competitive quote for better quality flooring. They were prompt, communication was great and their attention to detail is impecable. Special mention to Kalvis and Mark who have been superb! Will most certainly be using their service again, professional and friendly!

I only gave them a star so I could leave a review but I assure you that they are not worthy of it what so ever!!! I did debate as to whether I should allow this shoddy company any more of my time, but after the distress they have caused our family over the last 4 months it's definately worthy of my time if it saves another family going through what we've been/still going through!! Avoid this company at all costs!! I would recommend shopping around and choosing a well managed, well organised, professional company with competent fitters. Our experience with Welland Floor has been sheer hell and they still haven't even apologised for doing a shoddy job, dragging it out for as long as possible and treating us with such discontent. Our floor was fitted with a slope in it (welland floorings doing) Even after an independant flooring consultant who they appointed, stated in their report they didnt make enough of an effort to correct/level the floor they still made everything difficult and kept us waiting. They eventually came and ripped up the floor and we will have a new floor fitted in 2 weeks time. Wellend flooring fitted the floor the beginning of may! Save your money, save your time and stress levels go with a competant company. This is just a small snippet of our experience. If i wrote the whole process out it would be pages long! Believe me!!

Stopped of for info on new carpets etc. Lady who helped was very friendly and professional with no pushy sales techniques and advised us were necessary to allow us to pick what we wanted.
