Absolute rubbish , the manager is your best mate when taking your money , then he doesn't care less when the carpet comes up because it's been layed rubbish .
The way my boyfriend was treated by Mr Harmer is nothing but disgraceful .
My boyfriend sent Mr Harmer photos of the carpet , Mr Harmer said he'd come to inspect the carpet the day after he was aware that the carpet was being replaced , what a nasty stunt to eradicate the damage cozy carpets had done .
Mr harmer received numerous emails , photos of the damage and was given plenty of time to send somebody out to inspect the carpet but couldn't care less .
Mr Harmer even lied and said my boyfriend didn't make a complaint .
Mr Harmer said he'd have a word with his manager but he's the manager .
It cost my boyfriend money to replace a carpet that had been layed by a cowboy .
If you want a carpet shop that couldn't care less about you once they have your money ?
Then cozy carpets is the perfect place to go .
Nothing but con artists 😰
