Incredibly polite staff. They explain every detail about the wood and have the patience to answer all our questions.. Adam is one of the very knowledgeable staff and he was so patient to explain us things a few mins past the closing time..

Really good experience with this store. We weren't sure what floor we needed, but staff were friendly, offering great advice and service throughout the choosing, ordering and delievey process. Will be using them again in future and definitely recommend.

I think the other reviews have been bought by the company as my first hand experience has been absolute horror. 3 wrong deliveries and 1 missed deliver and no customer service phone number to call. Terrible experience. It’s costed me money and a 3 week delay.
Don’t bother using them.

This is not a reflection of the Croydon store themselves, as the two staff members working there are actually very polite and helpful but their hands are completely tied by their parent company Flooring Superstore.

The delivery process was one of the worst retail experiences I have ever had and their customer service team (Demi & Michael) are absolutely committed to making sure their customers issues aren't resolved, and aren't left satisfied.

Unless you can buy and collect the flooring instore if they can demonstrate they have stock on the day, do not use these guys. People very rarely buy flooring more than once every 5-10 years so these guys have no motivation to develop relationships with customers. They take the money and run.

This is nothing to do with the shop in Croydon itself as the staff have been nothing but helpful upon each visit. I would echo that it would be helpful if staff could mention beading and door splitters etc to save another journey there but that's minor.

However, getting the flooring delivered has been a nightmare and the company have been a shambles. I have received TWO text messages on the day of delivery stating that my order is not in the depot (despite these dates being rearranged and agreed upom between staff and myself). When they have bothered to show up only 10/25 boxes were delivered. The customer service team have little regard for the inconvenience this has caused and the loss of money through having to pay the fitter loss of earnings.
Hopefully this gets resolved soon however, I won't be using them again.

Always helpful. Great service. But it would be helpful when ordering flooring you were reminded you need door bars along with beading.
